Returns

We want you to love your Craftelly item. Because each charm is handcrafted, slight variations are expected and part of its uniqueness.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
To start a return, please email support@craftelly.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized charms

• Sale or final-clearance items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact support@craftelly.com within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
